An extremely challenging project. An old neoclassical building which had gone through a lot due to its previous uses, renters etc. Restoring it demanded a meticulous design study both in its new functional needs but also in combining new with older elements some of which were discovered while in construction. Playful mood, homy, cozy and with a lot of contrast, as per its new team of owners! Turned into a welcoming boutique hotel, situated in the centre of Athens, near New Acropolis Museum!
